Hug ring was a project from 2011. I was comissioned to design a made to order piece. After interviewing the future groom I realized there was love and devotion and I needed to show both feelings in the piece.
It is inspired by the love hug between two people that love each other, blessed by God.
The stone symbolizes eternal commitment (diamond) sustained by the couple and blessed by God, represented by the seven (number of God) nails that hold the stone.
